Software as a Service (SAAS) Tier
The GEO Analytics Canada Demonstration Platform provides custom built, fully integrated systems that are built on top of the cloud-based storage and computational systems. These systems include:
- Authentication, security and user management systems
- EO Browser – data query and discovery systems
- Kubeflow – large scale processing pipelines and machine learning
- Jupyter-Lab – interactive, scalable data analysis and visualization based data analysis environment
- Gitlab – private code repository and docker registry
- Desktop apps – On-demand personal Ubuntu desktops in a browser
- File browser system – for navigating large file repositories
- Ground truth data management system
The GEOAnalytics Canada Demonstration Platform is built using a variety of open source libraries and systems. In many cases, the team building the demonstration platform has contributed improvements to these open source systems.
